Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the RouteFlow platform and services provided by Itua.io ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using RouteFlow, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The Service
RouteFlow is a B2B SaaS platform designed for Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). The platform provides van check compliance tools, driver communication features, fleet management capabilities, and operational workflow automation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including manager passwords and driver PINs. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Each subscription is for use by a single business entity. You may not share access credentials with third parties outside your organisation.
3. Subscription and Billing
RouteFlow is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is agreed at the time of onboarding and confirmed in writing. Setup fees are non-refundable once the onboarding process has commenced.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled in writing with at least 14 days notice before the next renewal date. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days written notice.
4. Free Trial
Where a free trial period is agreed, no subscription charges will apply during that period. At the end of the free trial, the subscription will convert to a paid plan at the agreed rate unless you notify us in writing that you wish to cancel.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use RouteFlow to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its underlying systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform
- Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
6. Data and Privacy
You retain ownership of all data you input into RouteFlow, including driver information and van check records. We process this data solely to provide the service to you. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle personal data.
As an operator using RouteFlow to manage employee data, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR.
7. Intellectual Property
RouteFlow, including all software, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Itua.io. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights to the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Itua.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RouteFlow. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the relevant claim.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, although we take reasonable steps to ensure reliability and security.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach these terms materially and fail to remedy the breach within 7 days of notice.
On termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
